# Review Leads, Partials, Visitors, and Funnel Results

Use Marketing lists and filters to understand completed leads, incomplete submissions, qualifying visits, funnel progress, and attribution limits.

## Review Marketing Leads

Open **Marketing**, then **Leads**. Confirm the site, date range, status, and other visible filters. Open the lead and review completeness, source information, creation time, current owner, and CRM relationship.

Choose the next action only after confirming identity and consent. Reopen the lead and related CRM record to verify assignment, status, and follow-up.

## Review Partials

Open **Partials** and confirm the site and date range. Read the visible progress and last activity. A partial is not a completed lead and may not identify a person reliably.

Use the available recovery state and exclusions rather than contacting every partial. Verify whether recovery is eligible, queued, completed, skipped, or stopped.

## Understand Visitors

Open **Visitors** to review qualifying first-party website activity. Use page, date, site, source, and traffic-quality filters where available.

Do not infer a person's identity from an anonymous visit. Bot filtering and privacy choices can change totals, and one visitor can have more than one visit.

## Read Funnel progress

Open **Funnel**, select the site, form, and period, then read each visible step from entry through completion. Compare the same form and date range when evaluating change.

Abandonment shows where sessions stopped; it does not explain why. Open **Partials** or **Leads** for the supporting items rather than guessing intent.

## Verify attribution

Source and campaign information can be missing or incomplete. Treat it as the best visible attribution for the selected scope, not proof of causation. Compare the lead, visit, and external report only when their dates and definitions match.

## Stop conditions

Stop if identity, consent, site, date range, form, source meaning, or CRM relationship is uncertain.
