# Build and Publish a Marketing Page

Create a page with Workganic blocks, review the private test view, publish deliberately, and verify the public result.

## Before editing

Confirm the intended workspace, website, page, and public path. Decide whether you are changing an existing page or creating a new one. Keep a copy of approved text and original media outside the editor until the published result has been verified.

## Build the page

1. Open Marketing and select **Website Builder**.
2. Select the intended site and page.
3. Choose **Add Block** and add the content block that best matches the section you are building.
4. Edit the block content and settings.
5. Arrange the blocks in the intended reading order.
6. Use **Page Settings** for page-specific details and **Site Settings** for settings shared across the site.

Edits autosave as drafts. Autosave protects the working draft; it does not publish the page.

## Set page details

Give every public page a unique, descriptive title and path. In **SEO & Social**, write a concise search title and description that accurately describe the visible page. Use **Noindex** for pages that should not appear in search results.

Do not place private information in page titles, descriptions, paths, image text, or social previews.

## Review privately

Select **Open Test Site** and verify:

- The title and sections follow a clear reading order.
- Text is readable and buttons describe their destination.
- Images have appropriate descriptions and do not contain private information.
- Internal and external links open the intended destination.
- Forms show the intended fields, consent language, confirmation, and destination.
- Privacy-policy links are visible and the policy matches the information collected and the intended follow-up.
- The page works at desktop and mobile widths.
- Search and social details match the visible page.

## Publish

When the private review is complete, return to the editor. For a standard marketing page, select **Save Changes** to publish the current saved draft. For a Documentation page, select **Review & Publish**, confirm the public-content review for that exact draft, and let Workganic complete the review before it publishes the page. If the documentation draft changes later, review the changed draft again before publishing.

Select **Open Published Page** and repeat the essential checks on the public version. Confirm the public path, page content, links, forms, and mobile layout. A successful draft review is not a substitute for this published check.

## Recover from a problem

Use **History** to review saved page versions. Loading a saved version places it into the working draft. Review that draft, then select the page's visible publish action only if it should become public: **Save Changes** for a standard marketing page or **Review & Publish** for a Documentation page.

Use **Discard** to abandon the saved draft and return to the published page. Read the confirmation carefully before continuing because unsaved draft edits can be replaced.

> If a published page exposes private information, remove it from the published content immediately, verify the public page, and contact Workganic Support for help with any additional response.
