# Manage Website Navigation, Identity, Search, Domains, and Assets

Keep shared navigation, public identity, search details, domains, and reusable media consistent across a Workganic marketing site.

## Edit shared website navigation

Open **Marketing**, choose **Website Builder**, then the intended site. Use **Site Settings** and the visible navigation controls to edit links shared across the site.

Confirm each label and destination. Review the header, mobile menu, and footer in **Open Test Site**. A desktop-only check is incomplete. Publish the affected pages or site only after all three navigation locations work.

## Edit site identity and public contact details

Open **Settings**, then **Marketing & Website**. Use **Brand and SEO** for the logo and favicon, and **Public contact** for the public business name, phone, email, or address shown by the site.

Enter only approved public business information. Save and reopen the section, then check the private test site at desktop and mobile widths.

## Configure search and social details

In **Website Builder**, use **SEO & Social** for the page title, description, indexing choice, canonical destination, and social preview where available. Use **Search & AI Discovery** in **Marketing & Website** settings for site-wide search discovery controls.

Keep titles and descriptions accurate and public. Preview the page, then verify its final title, description, link preview, sitemap presence, and indexing choice after publication.

## Connect and cut over a domain

Open **Settings**, **Team & Security**, then **Domains & DNS**, or use the site's domain control. Confirm domain ownership, the intended site, current live destination, required records, cutover window, and rollback owner.

Complete the visible verification steps before changing traffic. Publish and verify the Workganic site first. After the authorized domain change, check the home page, important paths, forms, security indicator, desktop, and mobile. Return traffic to the prior destination if the approved rollback condition occurs.

## Upload and reuse assets

Use the Website Builder asset control to upload an approved logo, image, icon, or public download. Confirm ownership, format, quality, descriptive alternative text, and where the asset will appear.

Reuse the approved asset rather than uploading uncontrolled copies. After replacement, inspect image crop, clarity, alternative text, and mobile behavior. Remove an unused asset only after confirming no published page still uses it.

## Add a booking option to a page

Create and test the booking option in **Schedule**, then open **Website Builder** and add the supported booking block or link. Confirm the intended option, label, placement, and surrounding public copy.

Test the page with synthetic information and verify both the public confirmation and the item in **Bookings**.

## Stop conditions

Stop if a link destination, public contact value, indexing choice, domain owner, rollback path, asset rights, alternative text, or booking destination is uncertain.
