## Search by task or intent

Enter the control, result, or task you need. You can search for a visible label such as **Open Test Site**, a product area such as **CRM**, or a goal such as `move existing website`.

The search matches guide titles, descriptions, approved search phrases, section headings, and the visible instructions inside each section.

## Read a result

Each result names the guide and the specific section where the match was found. Matching words are highlighted in the excerpt. Select the result to open that exact heading rather than the top of a long page.

## Refine a broad search

Add the app, object, status, or outcome you are working with. For example, replace `publish` with `publish marketing page` or replace `history` with `batch history`.

## Recover from no results

Try the wording shown on screen, a shorter task phrase, or the broader product area. If the interface still does not match the available guides, stop before a public, sending, approval, payment, or permanent action and use [Workganic Support](/support/).

## Verify the instruction

Confirm that the guide names the same app, workspace context, object, and visible status shown on your screen. Search finds the most relevant documented section; it does not prove that a separate action has completed.
