# Manage Bookings, Workflows, and Calendar Connections

Publish booking options, manage appointments, build timed workflows, inspect history, and verify calendar availability.

## Create a booking option

Open **Schedule**, then **Booking**. Create or edit the intended option, confirm its owner, duration, availability, lead time, time zone, and visible instructions, then save.

Open the public booking link and complete a synthetic booking. Confirm the public confirmation, the item in **Bookings**, and the related client or lead context when expected.

## Review, reschedule, or cancel a booking

Open **Bookings** and select the appointment. Confirm the client, owner, date, time, time zone, and current response before acting.

Use the visible reschedule or cancellation control. Review whether participants will be notified, then verify the new status in **Bookings**, **Calendar**, and the related record. A message sent about a change is not proof that the calendar changed.

## Build a Schedule workflow

Open **Schedule**, then **Workflows**. Define the triggering event, audience, ordered steps, timing, stop conditions, and owner. Keep the workflow in draft while reviewing each step.

Use synthetic data to test the trigger and timing. Activate only after the draft, test result, and participant effects are understood. Pause the workflow before editing behavior that is already running.

## Verify workflow activity

Open the workflow and its history. Read **Queued**, **Completed**, **Skipped**, and **Failed** as different states. Open a specific item to confirm the step, intended record, scheduled time, and result.

Retry only the failed or eligible item when the visible control supports it. Do not restart the full workflow to repair one uncertain step.

## Connect and verify calendar availability

Open **Settings**, then **Schedule & Calendar**. Use **Calendar Access**, **Read-Only Calendar Feeds**, or **Busy Sources** according to whether you need Workganic access, a subscription view, or outside availability considered for scheduling.

Save the connection, reopen its status, and compare a known synthetic busy period. Confirm the direction of any sharing before relying on it. Disconnect through the same settings area and verify that future availability no longer uses that source.

## Stop conditions

Stop if time zone, owner, availability, notification effect, workflow audience, step timing, or sharing direction is uncertain.
