Plan the day, drive the route, log the visit.

Maps puts your clients on a map by status and ZIP, builds the day’s itinerary around the appointments already on your Schedule, and brings every visit back to the client timeline — on Workganic’s own map services, not a public map provider.

  • Your book on a map

Search clients by ZIP, status, assignment, or the area you are looking at, and see them as pins the moment they match. Address matching runs on a private geocoder; a pin that is only street- or ZIP-level says so, and no address is ever invented.

  • A day plan around fixed appointments

Pick up to fifty stops, then set departure, finish, visit lengths, priorities, required stops, and breaks. Maps plans around the appointments already on your Schedule and never moves them.

  • Navigation inside Workganic

Road geometry and turn-by-turn maneuvers come from Workganic’s own private map, address, and routing services. No public map provider sees your clients’ addresses.

  • Visits land on the timeline

Confirm each visit with an outcome, a CRM note, and an optional follow-up task. Location data never creates a visit, a sale, or a status change on its own.

  • Review the day, planned against actual

Session history shows the plan next to what happened: stops, confirmed visits, and distance with gaps and bad readings excluded, so missing data stays visible instead of being filled in.

  • Team summaries, separate permissions

Managers see authorized team history; raw location tracks need their own permission. Mobile location-sharing field sessions require a separately available iOS release; confirm availability with your account team.

Maps is included for every Workganic user as it reaches each agency — no add-on, no per-seat map license. Route planning and visit logging work on the web; live field sessions with location require a separately available Workganic iOS release. Your account team can confirm web and mobile availability for your workspace.

FAQ

Does Maps track my agents?

The web app plans routes and logs visits; it does not track in the background. Mobile location-sharing field sessions require a separately available iOS release and explicit location permission; confirm availability before relying on them.

Which map does it use?

Workganic’s own private map, address, and routing services. No client address is sent to a public map provider, and there is no paid map service behind it.

Can Maps change a client record?

No. Location data never creates a visit, sale, status change, or pay record. Visits are confirmed by the agent, and corrections are appended, never overwritten.

Where does Maps work?

Address matching and routing cover the continental United States plus Alaska and the District of Columbia; Hawaii is not yet covered. Coverage depends on open map data, so some rural addresses may need a confirmed pin.

Maps works around the same client record as everything else.

Every stop is a client you already have, and every visit is a timeline entry you already keep. See how it fits into your agency’s day — on your own book of business, not a canned demo.
