Privacy Policy

Workganic™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an all-in-one platform for insurance agencies. This Privacy Policy covers both this website and the Workganic™ platform. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and the commitments we make about your agency’s data.

1. Your Agency’s Data Belongs to You

Client records, calls, recordings, transcripts, messages, files, and documents that your agency stores in Workganic™ (“Tenant Data”) belong to your agency. We process Tenant Data only to operate the service for you. We do not sell Tenant Data, mine it for advertising, use it to train AI models for other customers, or expose internal operational relationships in customer-facing output.

2. Tenant Isolation

Every agency runs behind its own isolated tenant boundary — Tenant Data is never pooled or commingled with any other customer’s. Phone numbers, calls, and messaging stay behind dedicated per-agency boundaries. Access within your workspace is controlled by your administrators through roles, per-user app entitlements, and client-sharing permissions.

3. Operational Access

Our operations personnel access Tenant Data only as needed to operate, support, and secure the service — for example provisioning, migrations, backups, and support you request. Administrative actions in the platform are recorded in audit logs. Stored passwords are hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including us. Third-party credentials your agency stores (such as carrier portal logins) are encrypted and decrypted only when needed to perform the action you requested.

4. Security

Workganic™ is engineered to HIPAA-grade standards: tenant isolation, encryption in transit, encrypted backups, multi-factor authentication, a default-on privacy mask that hides sensitive details on screen, and hardened access controls. Call recordings and transcripts are processed under these same safeguards and are never used to train AI models for other customers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we continue to invest in additional safeguards.

5. Call Recording & Messaging

The platform records calls for agencies that use recording features and produces transcripts for their use. Your agency is responsible for complying with call-recording consent and telemarketing laws in your jurisdictions; the platform provides configurable recording notices and consent language tools to help.

6. Service Providers

We work with a limited set of service providers under confidentiality and security obligations to operate selected platform functions, customer support, communications, storage, security, and public forms. Each provider may process only the data required for its function. We do not list operational vendors in public product or site copy unless a contract or law requires it.

7. Website Visitors

When you visit this website, we use a first-party cookie to recognize your browser for up to 90 days, and we log your visit activity with timestamps: the pages you view (including in-page navigation), interactions such as button clicks and form starts, your IP address, browser and device type, and referral source. We use this to operate and improve the site, understand interest in the platform, and connect your inquiries to your earlier visits. If you book a demo, start a trial, sign up, or log in, this history may be linked to your inquiry or account so we have a complete record of our interactions with you. We do not sell this information or share it for third-party marketing.

8. Retention & Deletion

Tenant Data is retained while your subscription is active. Deleted items use recoverable trash with scheduled purge windows. When an account closes, Tenant Data is deleted on the schedule described in the Usage & License Agreement. You may export your client data at any time.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Individuals whose information is held inside an agency’s workspace should contact that agency, which controls its own records; we support our customers in fulfilling such requests.

10. Children

Workganic™ is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
