Review Batch History

Open Batch, then History. Each entry shows the recorded operation, operator, time, intended scope, and outcome. Compare completed, skipped, and failed counts before deciding whether more work is needed.

Open the source batch when reviewing a restoration. Use Review restoration to inspect each eligible record, its current status, and the proposed prior status. Restore only the intended rows and verify the new restoration entry.

Prepare Batch letters

Return to Clients, build the audience, and choose Select Letter Template. Confirm that every selected client is eligible and that required address and merge information is present.

Select Queue Letters, review the visible count and warnings, then confirm. Open Print Dashboard and verify the queued rows, template, stationery, page count, and exceptions before printing.

Prepare Batch messages

Use a supported Batch or Schedule workflow for bulk communication. Define the narrow audience, consent requirements, exclusions, approved template, sender, allowed time, and follow-up behavior.

Preview representative messages and merged values. Start only after approval, then verify each completed, skipped, failed, or stopped item in history. Retry only the eligible failed scope.

Stop conditions

Stop if history counts are unclear, a record changed since the batch, the template is not approved, address data is incomplete, consent is missing, or the retry scope cannot be limited.
