Open Leaderboard settings

Open Settings, choose Dashboard, then Leaderboard. If the section is not visible, ask a workspace owner to confirm your access.

Create or edit a board

Choose Create your first Leaderboard when no board exists, or open the existing board in Leaderboard settings. Give the board a clear name, select only approved activity measures, choose the participants, and set the default period and ordering.

Use measures that the intended audience can understand. A ranking is a summary of recorded activity, not proof of quality, compliance, or a completed business outcome.

Review the regular view

Open Dashboard, then Leaderboard. Confirm the board name, period, participants, measure headings, values, ties, and As of time. For a custom period, set both the start and end date.

If Leaderboard is not available appears, stop and confirm workspace access. If Rankings could not load appears, refresh once and use the visible support path rather than changing the board repeatedly.

Prepare a shared display

Open the board's shared-display control only after the regular view is correct. Place the display where only the intended audience can see it. Avoid displaying names or measures in a public lobby, recorded meeting, or other uncontrolled space.

Verify the shared view independently. Confirm that it shows the intended board, period, and participants without exposing unrelated workspace navigation.

End or revoke sharing

Close the shared display when it is no longer needed. Revoke its access from Leaderboard settings when the link or screen should no longer work, then test that the prior access no longer opens the board.

Stop conditions

Stop if a participant should not be visible, a measure is unclear, the date range is incomplete, the board is being shown outside its intended audience, or revocation cannot be confirmed.
