Identify the destination first
Before entering information, decide who will be able to see the result. A private record, a team conversation, an exported file, and a public website page have different audiences.
Keep public content public
Marketing pages, page titles, paths, search descriptions, social previews, image text, downloads, navigation labels, and public form instructions must contain approved public information only.
Do not place client, applicant, policy, health, payment, credential, message, call, or private document information in public content.
Use synthetic examples
Use invented names, contact information, events, records, and documents for training, demonstrations, screenshots, templates, and test submissions. A synthetic example must not be copied from a real person and lightly changed.
Review before sharing
- Confirm the destination and audience.
- Review the title, body, attachments, links, media, and metadata.
- Remove information that is not necessary for the recipient.
- Use a private test view when one is available.
- Verify the final destination after the action.
Respond to a mistake
If private information appears in a public or unintended location, stop other work, remove access when available, verify the current visible result, and contact Workganic Support. Do not copy the exposed information into a support description.
