Website work

The Website Builder organizes a site into pages and reusable content blocks. Start with Build and publish a marketing page for the editing workflow.

If you are replacing an existing site, use Migrate an existing website. The migration guide separates content reconstruction, private review, publishing, and domain cutover so each result can be verified independently.

Before a site collects visitor information, use Create and maintain a website privacy policy to document the organization's actual collection, use, sale, sharing, retention, and visitor-choice practices.

Prospect research

Review Prospect Research explains the difference between research and a frozen duplicate analysis. The current workflow creates neither CRM records nor outreach.

Publishing discipline

Use this order for public marketing work:

  1. Establish the intended audience and outcome.
  2. Prepare content using approved public information.
  3. Build and review a draft.
  4. Verify the private test view on desktop and mobile.
  5. Publish the approved page.
  6. Verify the published page separately.
Never place client, applicant, policy, health, payment, or other private information in public page content, page titles, search descriptions, image text, links, or form instructions.
