Confirm the audience
Treat website pages, paths, navigation labels, search descriptions, social previews, image text, downloads, and form instructions as public. Confirm that every item is intended for anyone on the internet to see.
Review the content
- Use approved business language and current public contact information.
- Remove client, applicant, policy, health, payment, message, call, and private document information.
- Use fully invented examples for training, screenshots, templates, and test submissions.
- Do not publish passwords, access material, private links, or hidden configuration.
Review links and media
Open every link and confirm its destination. Verify that the agency owns or may reuse each image, logo, document, and other asset. Check image descriptions, visible text, file names, and downloadable contents.
Review forms
Confirm the intended fields, required indicators, consent wording, privacy-policy link, confirmation, and destination. Verify that the privacy policy matches the information collected and the intended follow-up. Submit synthetic information in the private test view and verify the resulting Workganic record.
Review every representation
Check desktop and mobile layouts, the private test page, page title, public path, search description, social preview, and any plain-text documentation view. A safe page body does not make unsafe metadata or a download acceptable.
Publish and verify
Publish only after the checklist is complete. Open the public page in a separate view and repeat the critical checks. If private information appears, remove it from public access immediately, verify the current page, and contact Workganic Support without repeating the exposed information.
