Common controls

- Publish makes an approved public version available.
- Send starts an external communication and requires final recipient review.
- Approve records a controlled decision and should show the reviewer and result.
- Archive moves an item out of active work while preserving the available record.
- Restore returns an eligible prior item or state; verify where it returns.
- Delete or Remove can be recoverable or permanent. Read the confirmation every time.
- Retry can repeat an external effect. Check history before using it.

Use keyboard navigation
Move forward with Tab and backward with Shift+Tab. Use Enter or Space on the focused button, tab, checkbox, or menu item. Use Escape to close a dialog or menu when supported.
Follow the visible focus indicator. If focus disappears, stop before a consequential action and return to the page heading or first control.
Use landmarks and labels
Screen-reader users can move among the page header, navigation, main content, complementary panels, and footer. Controls should announce their purpose, current state, and expanded or selected state.
Do not rely only on color. Read the status text and accessible label. When a table is wide, use its headers and row labels to keep the active value in context.
Motion and zoom
Workganic follows available reduced-motion preferences. Browser zoom and text scaling can reflow docks, tables, and navigation. Recheck the active record and focused control after layout changes.
Report an accessibility problem
Use Workganic Support. Include the page or guide title, control label, browser or assistive technology, approximate time, and what you expected. Do not include passwords or private client information.
