Prepare social content

Open Marketing, then Social. Choose the intended destination and create a draft with approved public wording and media. Confirm audience, links, image crop, alternative text, and timing.

Preview the final post. Saving a draft does not publish it. Use the visible publish or schedule action only with approval, then verify the result at the destination separately.

Configure advertising measurement

Open Marketing, then Advertising, and confirm the selected site and connection state. Review Settings for site readiness, allowed measurement events, and the visible connection controls.

Use only approved public-site events. Complete the test or readiness check before relying on reported results. A connection or test event does not activate advertising and does not authorize spend.

Review advertising results safely

Confirm the date range, account scope, campaign grouping, and definitions before reading spend, impressions, clicks, results, or quality measures. Compare Workganic leads with external reporting only when the periods and definitions match.

Changing status, budget, or spend is an external action. Stop unless the control, amount, destination, and authority are explicit.

Review Marketing Security

Open Marketing, then Security. Review unusual public-form or visitor activity, current protection state, and any visible allow or block decision.

Confirm the site, evidence, and scope before changing access. Use the narrowest action and verify with a synthetic public test. Do not place addresses, private record content, or investigation details into public page copy.

Restore or remove Marketing items

Open Trash, identify the exact site, page, form, or asset, and read its recovery state. Use restore when the item should return, then reopen its normal list and confirm its draft or published state.

Permanent removal is different from trash or archive. Read the confirmation, verify authority and retention needs, and stop if the action cannot be recovered.

Stop conditions

Stop if audience, destination, connection, event meaning, spend authority, site scope, protection evidence, recovery state, or removal finality is uncertain.
